Dear members,
The Association of Washington Business has created a new website to help employers safely reopen.
The website is located at www.reboundandrecovery.org. It's free and open for all Washington employers to use.
The website contains two major features with employee and customer safety top of mind.
The first is an online portal to connect Washington employers with `Made in Washington' manufacturers of personal protective equipment (PPE.) The second feature is a toolkit for small businesses that can help them prepare their locations for reopening and communicate new health and safety rules with both employees and customers.
"As more counties move to Phase 2 of the state’s Safe Start plan and as more parts of Washington’s economy come back to life, we know employers will need help locating personal protective equipment like face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer," AWB President Kris Johnson said in a news release today.
The website includes connections to about 40 Washington manufacturers today. Washington manufacturers wishing to be included in the database are invited to submit information at www.bit.ly/awbppeform.
The website also includes a back to business toolkit for small and medium-sized employers. The toolkit includes templates that can be downloaded and customized to create a Safe Work Plan, signage, training videos, social media content and floor stickers to remind people of social distancing, among other resources.
“This is intended to be a very practical, useful tool for small businesses that aren’t sure where to go to find out what procedures and practices they need to implement, or how best to communicate the steps they have taken to their employees and customers,” Johnson added.
The website is the result of AWB's Rebound and Recovery Task Force, a group of nearly three dozen business leaders from diverse industries and locations across Washington. The task force is chaired by Michelle Hege, president and CEO of DH, and Tim Schauer, CEO of MacKay Sposito.

我が国における緊急事態宣言の解除（全県）

●２５日，安倍総理は，全国で新型コロナウイルスの新規感染者数が低めに抑えられ，一時は１万人近かった入院患者数も２千人を切り，全国的に解除基準をクリアしたとの判断の下，全都道府県に対する緊急事態宣言を解除しました。

●一方で，緊急事態の解除後においても，感染拡大のリスクは存在しており，PCR検査センターの増設を通じた検査機能の拡大と同時に，一定の移行期間を設け，感染リスクをコントロールしながら，段階的に社会経済の活動レベルを引き上げていくとし，引き続き国民の皆様への協力を求めました。（詳細については，以下をご参照ください。）

●入国制限措置については，国外においては依然として感染の拡大が広がっているとの認識の下，日本国内外の感染状況等を踏まえつつ，国際的な人の往来の再開に向けて慎重に検討される見通しです。
